Dr. Adilia Sapp is a Canadian-born Naturopathic Physician, who received her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree (ND) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
Dr. Sapp’s journey into holistic health came after struggling with her own chronic health concerns. After delving deep into human psychology in her undergraduate degree, she began to see the limits of both conventional psychological and medical care and began her pursuit of understanding the mind-body connection and pursuing her path in helping others restore their mental and physical health.
After completing hospital rotations at Brampton Civic Hospital in her internship, she was also an intern on the first-ever Mental Health shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, the largest Naturopathic Clinic in Canada. She then served as In-house clinician at the DNA Company in the biotech industry, and then pursued private practice in Canada. She then received sponsorship and was brought over to the US as a Teaching and Research Physician at a Health Institute in Bellevue, where she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and began growing roots here.
Dr. Sapp has a clinical focus area in Mental and Cognitive Health. In addition to treating individuals with common conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD, she enjoys educating the public on these topics through speaking and writing.

She is currently in training under Dr. Dale Bredesen’s Apollo Institute, in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. She has also helped many individuals with cognitive decline and early Alzheimer’s.
Her love of health hacking, as well as years of experience in biotech and functional genetics, have also led to an interest in anti-aging medicine, functional genetics consulting, and skin health. She has helped many individuals with acne, eczema, and concerns around aging skin. She is a certified Functional Sex Hormone Practitioner from the DNA Company’s DNA Academy and loves to conduct genomic consults to help people understand how they can use lifestyle to modify their gene expression across systems of the body.
