After battling a chronic disease for over ten years, Dr. Brianna Eickmeyer found naturopathic medicine and it helped give her a new lease on life. Once she recovered, she committed to becoming a naturopathic physician in order to help reach others. Dr. Eickmeyer understands the importance of taking time with her patients to really understand what is going on and looks to find the root cause of a patient’s symptoms. Her healing philosophy is grounded in the principles of naturopathic medicine where she emphasizes treating the whole person not just a specific sign or symptom.
In addition to naturopathic primary care, Dr. Eickmeyer’s clinical interest include the treatment of gastrointestinal illnesses. Dr. Eickmeyer commonly diagnoses and treats the following conditions:
-Celiac disease
-Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
-Diarrhea & constipation
-Heartburn & acid reflux
-Histamine Intolerance
-Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
-Multiple food sensitivities
-Nausea & vomiting
-Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) & intestinal fungal overgrowth
