Dr. Sierra Windsor, ND, LAc

Biography

Dr. Windsor completed both her Naturopathic and East Asian Medicine degrees at Bastyr University, then completed residency in naturopathic gastroenterology in Portland, Oregon. Her clinical education included additional rotations in gastrointestinal, mind-body, and traditional Chinese medicine. She also completed year-long additional training in ancestral healing to help patients understand and process intergenerational trauma. Outside of work, Dr. Windsor is usually found rock climbing at the local gym or trying every great restaurant Seattle has to offer. Her favorite place to ski is Mt. Baker and she recently adopted two kittens – Hazel & Moose.
